The room was quite cramped, evidently made for those with smaller luggage, and the tragically squeaky bunk bed would have left even a ghost shuddering. I was appalled not to receive even a complimentary bottle of water or a welcome gift after my so-called 'special stay. ' I was almost gonna give a good review, but just couldn't.

overall it was functional and updated with a mountain view. interior was minimalistic. this hotel was set in a central area near to which open until very late in the evening, and the owner jan's ' spatz cafe.

The unit we got was a nice size and very well decorated with 2 single beds, fan, for instance.

Clean and cozy room with lovely decoration. Lucky to find a private bathroom at a good price in Interlaken. The shared kitchen was handy for quick meals, although it felt small and often had a queue. Unfortunately, the self-check-in system was complicated, especially for older travelers with some confusion. The outdoor terrace lacked lighting. A small sofa in the room would have enhanced comfort. It felt clean and well-maintained, but there were concerns about pricing for the small room and the lack of privacy due to noise from neighbors.

Friendly staff, nicely decorated, updated room with fan, 2 single beds and kitchen. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous location walk from a train station, easy to get around.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The location was awesome, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. I loved the shared kitchen-perfect for keeping snacks. My bed was super comfy, and the room looked recently renovated. Plus, the shower was fantastic! They even gave us a coffee voucher nearby ☕

The apartment had a cute design and an interesting structure that stood out, especially with its two bedrooms. The terrace outside provided a nice space, despite it being a shared area.

The layout of the apartment felt awkward, with the sink located in one of the bedrooms and the toilet and shower positioned outside. Navigating the complex was a hassle due to many entrances and multiple entry codes making check-in cumbersome, especially in the evening. The location faced significant street noise was good, while the lighting throughout the apartment was inadequate.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The family room is spacious, perfect for our group, and we appreciated the free coffee voucher offered at a local café. The staff was helpful and cute.

The self-check-in process could be slightly confusing, especially for some family members.

The family room was spacious enough for all of us, and my kids loved the cozy bunk bed! The shared kitchen was a hit. We made some quick breakfasts before heading out to explore. The location made sightseeing easy and fun.

My kids wished there was a playground nearby.

Awesome amenities like the coffee machine, refrigerator, and private bathroom. The shower was great, and the room had beautiful parquet floors. We enjoyed the lovely kitchen. We had heating and a smoke alarm for safety. Spa facilities were a nice touch too!

Had an awesome stay! The stylish decor was a highlight, and the kitchen supplies made it easy to whip up meals. Just wish the self-check-in was a tad smoother!
